Early arrivals

We appreciate you arriving after 4pm as we need this time to prepare the house to our exacting standards for new guests.

Dogs

A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in the The Big Beautiful Beach House, during your stay £30 per dog/week. There is a dog basket but please bring your own dog bedding. Check out dog friendly beaches here:

Linen Bath towels and linens are provided for use in the house. Swimming/Beach towels are not supplied. We politely request that guests do not mark bed linen or towels with hair dye / make up/ fake tan, as this is often impossible to remove, spoiled linen and towels will incur an extra charge.

Supplies The house is prepared for arrival including an initial supply of tea, coffee, toilet paper and detergents for the dishwashers.

Coffee Both kitchens have cafetieres for ground coffee

Supermarket Deliveries Tesco, Waitrose & Asda can deliver. Ocado does not deliver. Please schedule you deliveries after 4pm so you are able to check and unpack

Both kitchens have large American style Fridge freezers and dishwashers

BBQ There is a gas BBQ, with gas supplied

There is crockery for 21 people, including some serving dishes. We do not have a china tea service or a cake stand for afternoon tea. You may like to try Dine with Iris

There is a Washing Machine (please bring your own detergent) and Dryer for guests

There are 2 High Chairs and Cots available (please request)

Beach The café on the beach sells beach related items including buckets and spades. We do not provide beach equipment or toys although some guests do choose to leave them behind for new arrivals.

Fireworks/Fire-pits No fireworks or fire-pits are permitted

Garden / Outdoor seating 2 tables with seating for 21
